Being outside as much as possible is an obsession of mine. I am lucky to live on an island that is in a major flyway and hear bird sounds all year.
Every year I spend one week volunteering on public lands through Wilderness Volunteers. We do great work: planting, trail repair, invasive plant removal and more. I love learning about the flora and fauna of each area and meeting people with similar interests.
